Klarna information page
Thanks to a collaboration between SaZu Designs and Klarna, your order can be paid for safely afterwards. Payment via Klarna can be made up to 14 days after placing the order. All information about this delivery option is described in simple steps on this page.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How old do I have to be to use Klarna? To pay with Klarna you must be 18 years or older.
2. Why can't I pay with Klarna? Klarna carries out a credit check and immediately shows whether your payment has been approved or not. Unfortunately, your order may be refused. SaZu Designs cannot understand the reason for the refusal. For more information about the refusal, please contact Klarna via www.klarna.com/nl/customerservice or 020 80 82 852.
We recommend placing the order again and choosing a different payment method.
3. Do I have to pay my invoice if I return items? The Klarna invoice does not (yet) have to be paid for a return shipment. Once the returned items have been processed, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice by email. You can use this invoice to pay for the other items in the order. If all products in the order have been returned, Klarna will send a cancellation invoice.
4. I have paid the invoice and want to return items. How does this work? If you have already paid for the order and the items are not as desired, Klarna will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded as quickly as possible. After the returns have been fully processed, Klarna will contact you by email asking for the bank account number. After Klarna has received the correct bank account number, refunding the purchase amount will take one to five working days.

Step 1. Place your order at www.sazudesigns.nl and choose the payment method Klarna. Klarna carries out a credit check and immediately shows whether the payment has been approved or not. It may happen that Klarna refuses an order. Reasons for this include the age limit of 18+, the payment history or the order limit. For the exact reason, you can contact Klarna on 020 80 82 852 or www.klarna.com/nl/ customer service.
Step 2. Receive your order and, if everything is satisfactory, pay the invoice. As soon as an order has been placed, Klarna will send an invoice. The invoice contains a link with which you can pay via internet banking. You can also transfer the amount manually by using all payment details from the invoice. This information is at the bottom of the invoice.
